1) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2026 General Fund (PEO-Maintenance, PR No. 0067-CB-26) intends to apply the sum of P 8, 099, 975.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply/Delivery of 124, 615 liters of Diesoline - IB No. G-039-26 (2nd opening). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for Supply/Delivery of 124, 615 liters of Diesoline - IB No. G-039-26 (2nd opening) . Delivery of the Goods is required:
- First Delivery: 20, 000 liters 10 Calendar days upon receipt of Purchase Order.
