1) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2026 Trust Fund (PENRO, PR No. 1365-CB-26) intends to apply the sum of:

IB No: G-131-26 (4th opening)
Project Title: Supply/Delivery of 11 units of Motorcycles
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids Supply/Delivery of 11 units of Motorcycles - IB No. G-131-26 (4th opening) . Delivery of the Goods is required:
30 working days upon receipt of Purchase Order
Complete delivery shall be strictly observed by the supplier and no partial delivery shall be allowed except in meritorious cases such as fortuitous event, or by act of the Government or upon the approval of the Head of the Procuring Entity.
