This contract follows a major unforeseen disaster, the collapse of the false ceiling of the kindergarten dormitory. In order to guarantee the security of the premises and to allow a rapid and essential reopening of the dormitory for continuity of service public school, the consultation is carried out according to an adapted emergency procedure (MAPA). Due to this emergency, the time limit for consulting companies is limited.
