This consultation aims to equip the various agents of the Le Havre Seine Métropole urban community (CULHSM), of the City du Havre (VDH) and those of the municipalities belonging to the group: Sainte-Adresse, Saint-Romain-de-Colbosc, Rolleville as well as Montivilliers and its CCAS. However, the holders will not have exclusivity on the subject of the contract for the member municipalities. (excluding CULHSM and VDH).
