This consultation concerns the supply of wood materials for the Real Estate Asset Management department of the City of Alès. The public buyer is the contracting authority in accordance with article L1211-1 of the Public Order Code. The present The market is a framework agreement with a multi-awardee purchase order with the following annual financial limits: without minimum annual amount, maximum annual amount of 45, 000 Euros excluding tax. It will be awarded to a maximum of 2 candidates who have presented both best offers, provided that there are a sufficient number of candidates and regular, appropriate and acceptable offers.
