Invitation to Bid for IMPROVEMENT OF MAITUM WATERWORKS
1.The Local Government of Maitum, through the other SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO.2 CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of 791, 840.00being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT OF MAITUM WATERWORKS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 12009 (RA 12009), otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act”.
4.Interested bidders may obtain further information from The Local Government of Maitum, Municipal Bids and Awards Committee Chairman-s Office/Office of Municipal Budget Officer, Municipal Hall, Maitum, Sarangani Province and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8am to 4pm, Mondays to Fridays.
