Products or services: Laboratory units FIRST: That the Dr. Alfonso Asenjo Neurosurgery Institute belongs to the Network of Public Health Establishments and that since 2010 it has held the status of Self-Managed Network Establishment; SECOND: That the Institute of Neurosurgery needs the acquisition and supply of VHS-VISION CONTROL CARD with rental of automated equipment for sedimentation rate analysis for the Clinical Laboratory Unit”, for a period of 36 months, in order to to be able to duly fulfill and satisfy the healthcare demand that has been legally entrusted to the establishment; THIRD: That it is appropriate to ensure the transparency of this process and to know the supply conditions prevailing in the market under the modality of public bidding in the public purchasing and contracting system established in Law NO 19, 886 and its Regulations; FOURTH: That the absence of Framework Agreements signed by the Public Procurement and Contracting Directorate has been verified, in the catalog of goods and services offered in the Public Market Information System, for the purpose of these bidding rules; FIFTH: That it has been estimated that the bidding process that will be regulated by these bases, according to estimates budgetary, will not exceed 1, 000 UTM, as a total expense, including the taxes that must be applied in this regard;
