The subject of the performance of the public contract is the supply of vertical traffic markings and traffic safety equipment in accordance with Act No. 361/2000 Coll. about road ptraffic"), by Decree No. 294/2015 Coll., which implements the rules of traffic on roads, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Decree No. 294/2015 Coll."), and according to the valid technical conditions (TP) of the Ministry of transport of the CR.
The public contract is divided into 3 parts in accordance with § 35 ZZVZ. OFThe contractor states that it proceeds separately in the awarding of individual parts of the public contract. The supplier may submit an offer for one or more parts.
Part 1 of the Public Procurement
The subject of this part of the public contract is the supply of vertical traffic signs in accordance with the Road Traffic Act, Decree No. 294/2015 Coll. and TP 65 approved by the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic (brand shield pressed from FeZn galvanized steel sheet, with double bending of the edge around the entire perimeter including the corners, "C" AI profile, active surface made of retroreflective foil - class R'1, R'2, R '3.).
Part 2 of the Contract
The subject of this part of the public contract is the supplyof traffic safety equipment, light signaling devices and signaling carts. Signaling trucks must meet the technical conditions approved by the Ministry of Transport of the Czech Republic - TP 58, 66, 85, 133, 142, 174....
