Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : "1. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of General experience in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier.2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Power Tools) in any Government/Semi-government/Autonomous/Any large Power Plant/Any Renowned Organization of minimum BDT 8, 00, 000.00 (Eight Lakh) under maximum of 02 (Two) contracts within last 03 (Three) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. But any contract value amounting less than BDT 4, 00, 000.00 (Four Lakh) shall not be considered for evaluation.3. Tenderer shall submit End-User Certificate(s) (in the letterhead pad of the employer duly signed and sealed by the employer along with contact details & phone number of the employer) in support of the experience clearly mentioning the contract value, amount received under the contract, description of the supplying Goods, contract date and completion date.4. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT T 13, 00, 000.00 (Thirteen Lac).5. The Tenderer shall submit copies of valid and updated National ID Card (of authorized signatory), Trade License, Income Tax Certificates/Acknowledgement Slip/TAX Return Certificate and e-VAT/VAT Registration Certificate [Ref.: ITT 20.1 of Tender Preparation]."
