Description of the service: The object of this contract is the supply of various items that complement educational centers (El Segre and Oriol Badia) and the Ponent Penitentiary Center. The Department of Justice and Democratic Quality expresses the need to proceed with the supply of various articles intended for different centers located in Catalonia, in accordance with the improvement and maintenance actions that are being carried out there. Firstly, the El Segre Educational Center is currently in the process of renovating several areas of its facilities. These include toilets, for which the acquisition of specific material is required, such as mirrors and electric towels, among other elements necessary to guarantee suitable conditions of use and hygiene. Likewise, the reception area intended for civil servants is being adapted, where it is necessary to provide lockers so that the staff can deposit their personal effects before accessing a maximum security area. Secondly, the Oriol Badia Educational Center requires the supply of a vacuum cleaner for domestic use, intended to facilitate ordinary maintenance and ensure proper cleaning of the spaces. Finally, the Penitentiary Center Ponent is carrying out the renovation of the gymnasium, a space that has required comprehensive maintenance for years.
