This consultation concerns: Supply of vaping liquid with CBD, placebo, nicotine in vials and electronic cigarettes and accessories for the benefit of the Bordeaux University Hospital. SAMPLES OF ALL PRODUCTS SHALL BE PROVIDED BY CANDIDATES. There CANNAVAP2 research is a comparative, multicenter, randomized interventional study in two parallel, double-blind groups evaluating the effectiveness of vaped cannabidiol in cannabis use disorder coordinated by Dr. Grégoire Cleirec, physician addictologist at the CEID in Bordeaux. The main objective of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness of a CBD liquid at 70 mg/ml vaped with an electronic cigarette in reducing or stopping consumption in people with a cigarette use disorder. cannabis at 12 weeks of follow-up, compared to a placebo vape liquid. Maximum amount: €100, 000 excluding tax over the total duration of the framework agreement.
