Scope of Works
The scope of the work shall include the following.
 Nx Witness Video Management System with Perpetual Licenses.
 VMS Server Nodes | HPE Synergy 480 Gen10 Plus Base Chassis Configure-to-order Compute
Module
 Supply, Upgrade & Configuration of Existing IP Video Management System with HPE Hardware
including On-the-Job Training: [HPE Synergy 480 Gen10 Plus Compute Module]
 Supply, Upgrade & Configuration of Existing IP Video Management System with HPE Hardware
including On-the-Job Training: [Nx Witness VMS]
 Warranty and Technical Support
 Delivery of Hardware and Installation

The above must be fully supported by including all the following mandatory documents in the
bidders- proposal. Failure to include any, will render the bidder ineligible and nonresponsive,
leading to disqualification of the bid.
