The purpose of this framework agreement is to provide uniforms for municipal police and surveillance agents.
This is a framework agreement, which passed in application of articles R.2162-1 and following of the public procurement code, and concluded without minimum and with a maximum set at 620, 000 euros excluding tax on the total duration of the framework agreement.
It is established for a period of 48 months from its date of notification.
Without prejudice to the provisions of articles 38 and following of the CCAG-FCS, he can be terminated on each anniversary date by decision of the notified public buyer to the holder by mail/email with acknowledgment of receipt two (2) months before the maturity of the current period. This denunciation does not entitle any compensation to the holder.
