The MUNICIPALITY OF TINGLOY, BATANGAS through its LOCAL YOUTH DEVELOPMENT intends to procure Supply of TRAINING KITS for the 3-day SK Training of LGU Tingloy, Batangas in accordance with Section 52.1 of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184;.
