Description of the service: Mixed procurement of the supply, through leasing, without purchase option, of a digital platform specialized in the management of municipal food safety, which together with its coding, appears in the section C) of the attached table of characteristics (Annex 1). The purpose of the contract includes the following services: • The supply, under a lease, of a digital platform with a license to use that allows the application of the developed inspection protocol by the Barcelona Public Health Agency (ASPB) to carry out food safety inspections at the retail food establishments in Barberà del Vallès. • As benefits associated with the supply, the integration of the biometric digital signature, as well as technical support and platform maintenance services. • The right of access and use of the digital platform by the City Council during the entire term of the contract. There is no provision for dividing the object into lots of this recruitment for the reasons justified in the reasoned technical report, in accordance with what is stipulated in art. 99.3 of the LCSP and that established in Decree-Law 3/2025, of March 4, by which urgent measures are adopted in matters of public procurement. tendering and execution of the contract will be governed, in addition to the applicable legal regulations, by the Specific Administrative Clauses and the Technical Specifications (PPT) (Annex 2).
