That, the Hospital del Salvador needs to have an Agreement for the Supply of Thermal Blankets for Patient warmer for 12 months for Hospital del Salvador in order to adequately and efficiently satisfy the care work; What, The Hospital del Salvador as a national reference center and member of the Eastern Assistance Network, must ensure the permanent and continuous care of the beneficiaries of the Public Health System in its jurisdiction. That, considering the upcoming transfer and the enabling of the new facilities, It is necessary to make new contracts to ensure compatibility with the equipment acquired through the concessionaire and guarantee its proper operation. That the continuity of direct health care for people constitutes an essential element, given the nature care of the establishment, and the timely, safe and uninterrupted provision of services to patients must be safeguarded at all times. That, due to the determined amount, this tender is located in the section for contracts equal to or greater than 1, 000 UTM and less than 5, 000 UTM, in accordance with Article 36 of the Regulations of Law No. 19, 886; That, after the respective consultations have been made, the provision of the Agreement for the Supply of Thermal Blankets for Patient Warmers for 12 months for Hospital del Salvador is not available through the Framework Agreement offered in the Purchasing Directorate Information System, www.mercadopublico.cl; That, this purchase is linked to Project 1057489-3-PC26CLINICAL SUPPLIES, corresponding to the annual purchasing plan of the year 2026;
