Description : JOB ORDER:
For the supply of technical labor and materials in engine general overhauling of Kubota Tractor M8030 SN 70496 at NABC Bukidnon
Scope of Work:
1. Pull-out engine components: cylinder head, pistons, crankshaft & fuel system
2. Check for wear damage and blockage of injectors
3. Cleaning of engine block, head, valves, cooling system
4. Replace worn-out parts: bearings, seals, gaskets, filters
5. Machining/replace damaged of cylinder liner, valves, crankshaft and piston rings
6. Check/repair fuel system
7. Reassembly engine with new and overhauled parts
8. Test to run engine, check performance and fix leaks
9. Calibration and adjust setting on valve clearance and injection timing
