Triple quadrupole LC-MS/MS HPLC with FLUO detector SUPPLY OF SYSTEMS FOR LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY-MASS SPECTROMETRY AND LIQUID CHROMATOGRAPHY FLUORESCENCE DETECTION This lot includes the purchase with delivery, installation and comprehensive maintenance (= preventive and corrective) of an LC-MS/MS system including software intended for quantitative determination, in the context of clinical diagnostics, of metabolic abnormalities in the human body, including but not limited to acylcarnitines, creatinine, amino acids, homocysteine, methyl citrate, methylmalonic acid, oxalate, citrate and galactosemia, in body fluids such as plasma, whole blood, Guthrie cards, urine and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF). The systems must be able to be linked to laboratory information system (LIS) of the Client with at least the import of work lists and export of results from and to the LIS. Furthermore, the systems must meet the requirements of robustness, sensitivity and user-friendliness for the described quantitative determinations, and to be suitable for routine daily use in medical diagnostics. The contractor must also provide timely, continuous and adequate service and support in order to ensure the operational availability of to safeguard the equipment at all times.
