Złota Jesieni 1), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No. 1A to the specification - other terms of the order specifies the draft contract, constituting Appendix No. 3A to the SWZ, and the rental of harmonic knife generators - 3 pieces, in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No. 1C to the specification - the remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract, constituting the attachment No. 3B to SWZ. PACKAGE 2 Delivery of tools for surgical procedures to the Ordering Party's headquarters (Kraków, os. Złota Jesieni 1), in accordance with the description and requirements contained in Annex No. 1B to the specification. The remaining terms of the order are specified in the draft contract, constituting Annex No. 3A to the SWZ. 1.
