No. 41, Kirula Road, Narahenpila on Working Days from 11.10.2021 to 10.11.2021 between 9.00 a.m. And 3.00 p.m. By

Paying in Cash (Non-Refundable) Rs. 500.00 + Vat Per Application.

3. If Registration is Sought for More than One Sub Category, Separate Applications should be Submitted for each Sub Category by

Paying in Cash (Non-Refundable) Rs.500.00 + Vat Per each Application.
