Eligibility of Tenderer : 1.The bidders shall be a legally registered business with the valid trade license for the supply of Stionary Items. 2. The bidders shall possess a valid tax clearance certificate. 3. GST Certificate 4. The bidders shall not be blacklisted or debarred by the Royal Government of Bhutan or any competent authority. 5. The bidders shall quote for genuine and compatible stationery items that meet the specifications stated in the Bill of Quantity. 6. The bidders shall mandatorily submit the catalogues/photos for all the quoted items during the bid submission, and failure to submit the catalogues/photos will not be considered for the evaluation. 7. The quoted price shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, levies, transportation and charges, including GST, where applicable.
