Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Nepal Police Head Quarters, Financial Administration and Procurement Directorate,

Electronic bids must be submitted to the office Nepal Police Head Quarters, Financial Administration and Procurement Directorate, Naxal, Kathmandu through PPMO-s e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 14th October, 2022 (28"' Ashoj, 20 79) at 12:00 hours. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend on 14th October, 2022 (28th Ashoj, 2079) at 14:00 hours at the office of Nepal Police Head Quarters, Financial Administration and Procurement Directorate, Naxal, Kathmandu. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days/120 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security, which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the bid validity period of the bid.
