This market notice, launched in a negotiated procedure, relates to the supply of spare parts for the RATP Group of the MAN group. It aims to set up a (s) -atrack (s) with orders without minimum amount and with a maximum amount, representing the amount of lots for which the holder is selected, more thirty percent (30%). This maximum amount comes from the estimated detail of the price framework whose quantities consumed by reference are given as an estimate and without commitment from the share of the beneficiaries.
Each framework agreement has a firm duration of 12 months From its signature date and an optional duration of 11 months maximum. The end date of the market will not exceed on 12/31/2027.
