Scope of Work/Description : Qatar Petroleum has industrial cities with operations related rig drilling, exploration, expansion and furthermore. The industrial cities are as follows: ",, Dukhan ",, Ras Laffan ",, Halul ",, Mesaieed The main objective of this project is to procure the following two systems/software for all industrial cities: A-,, Emergency Management System. A commercially off the Shelf (COTS) web-based GIS enabled Emergency Management Software (EMAN). The software intended to manage the event from initiation to recovery. B-,, Emergency Mobilization System A commercial off the shelf (COTS) Emergency Mobilization System (EMOB) to automate the decision-making process for the receipt of emergency calls, selection of response resources & personnel, selection of the most appropriate resources depending on incident type, notification of the resources, tracking of the resources.
