Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Consultant : 1. A Tenderer shall only propose Bangladeshi nationals as Service Provider through this tendering process.2.Tenderers are not currently restrained due to suspension or debarred from participating in Public Procurement, shall not be bankrupt.3.CONTRACTOR LICENCE/OUTSOURCING SERVICE PROVIDER LICENCE (form-78), Class A or Higher issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments which must be updated upto 2025.
