THE PASSWORD SHALL NOT BE INCLUDED IN THE E-MAIL WITH SUBMITTED PROPOSALS AND SHALL BE PROVIDED TO UNICEF ONLY AFTER SUBMISSION DEADLINE UPON RECEIPT OF UNICEF REQUEST TO PROVIDE THE PASSWORD.
