Tender Details

This is a single award framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum and maximum order threshold split into 2 lots in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R.2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Each batch constituting a framework agreement which is concluded for a firm period of 3 years from notification of the contract. Each lot will be awarded separately. The quantities estimated at the BPU/DQE correspond to the quantities estimated over the duration of the contract. These are given as an indication to allow candidates to size their offer and allow Tisséo to compare the offers received. These quantities cannot be used against Tisséo as an order commitment. The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. Services are regulated by unit prices
