Supply of road repair products This public contract, consisting of a single lot, takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders. The description of the services is detailed in the specific technical clauses (CCTP). THE services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices set in the price list to the quantities actually executed. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The framework agreement will be concluded for an initial period of one year from the date of notification of the contract (the date indicated in this notice is given for information only), renewable three times for successive annual periods. The maximum duration of the contract, all periods combined, is 4 years. It will be concluded without a minimum amount and for a maximum order amount set annually at 150, 000 euros excluding tax.
