Ashor Iraqi Foundation for Relief and Development (ARD) has received a donation from various donors for the implementation of the humanitarian operation in Iraq. Part of this operation is the supply is trainings, workshop, economic development, engaging with local communities to provide labour for said activities. Therefore, the ARD would like to invite you to submit your sales Quotation for the Provision of Goods and Supplies (Trainings and events management according to the attached Terms of Reference (Annex C) and in accordance to the attached ARD QR (Annex B - Quotation Request) to ARD. This Call for Quotation (RFQ) to do a framework agreement with the winner Quotation for three-year period with the possibility to extension and during this agreement items all the Events
