The contractor is required to furnish all the necessary materials, quality assurance, supervision, labour, transportation, tools, equipment, and other services necessary to construct (fabricate), test and inspect the tube bundles for the above mentioned heat exchanger bundles. The fabrication and supply of the subject heat exchanger bundles shall be as per given parameters and in accordance with the purchase order, data sheets attached hereto, drawings and the requirements for the design, fabrication, and testing as per the ASME Section VIII Division 1 and the requirements of Petrojam Limited. The successful bidder is required to have the above-mentioned packaged and ready for shipment at their facility within Fourteen (14) weeks after the receipt of a purchase order.
