Tender More Details : The National Housing Trust (NHT) invites registered suppliers to submit tenders to supply, deliver, and off-load reinforcement at the Sevens and Monymusk Housing Developments, Clarendon.

Note: Two (2) separate contracts will be awarded. Therefore, suppliers are permitted to bid on one (1) or both locations.

LOCATION:

Sevens Housing Development, Clarendon
The property is located along the main road from Palmers Cross to Chateau, north east of the town of May Pen and approximately 6 km from the intersection of Hazard Drive and Paisley Avenue in the parish of Clarendon.

Monymusk Housing Development, Clarendon
The property is located along the Hayes main road from the Mineral Heights round-about to the town of Vere, south west of the town of May Pen, approximately 6 km in the parish of Clarendon.

ELIGIBILITY FOR TENDER:
Tenderers must provide:
1. Evidence of tax compliance.
2. A copy of a valid National Contracts Commission (NCC) registration certificate in the category of Hardware and Haberdashery or General Supplies specializing in pipes, pipes fittings, steel sections and accessories.

Bid packages are available for download from the GOJ`s e-procurement website at e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm, from Monday, August 19, 2019.

RETURN OF TENDERS
Bid must be submitted online on or before Monday, September 9, 2019 at 10:00 am; opening of bids will be done online via the e-procurement website at https://www.gojep.gov.jm on the same day, immediately following bid submission deadline.
