The subject of the order is the delivery of reagents for laboratory tests - MLPA / MS-MLPA and for cytomegaly. The contract was divided into 2 lots: Lot 1: Reagents for MLPA / MS-MLPA, Lot 2 - Reagents for cytomegalovirus testing. The Ordering Party declares that, being the data controller and bearing in mind the provisions of the Act of May 10, 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter GDPR), it has implemented security measures adequate to the identifiedrisk by itself and guaranteeing proper security of personal data provided as part of the procedure.
