Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the SUPPLY OF REAGENTS, CALIBRATION AND CONTROL PARTS AND OTHER CONSUMABLE MATERIALS NECESSARY FOR THE OPERATION OF AUTOMATIC COAGULOLOGY ANALYZERS, TOGETHER WITH LEASES OF AUTOMATIC COAGULOLOGY ANALYZERS in accordance with description and requirements contained in Annexes No. 2 and in Annex No. 3 to SWZ.2. Appendix No. 2.1. The assortment and price form, point I. contains the name and number of markings/tests that the Ordering Party plans to perform within a period of 36 months from the date of signing the contract. In point II however, each Contractor is obliged to offer and thus independently enter the quantity and type along with names and catalog numbers (if any) of calibration and control parts and other materials necessary for the operation of automatic coagulation analyzers.3. Appendix No. 2.2. includes the amount of lease fees (for a period of 36 months) for automatic coagulation analyzers and an external computer set.4. Appendix No. 3 called List of required technical parameters presents a detailed description of automatic coagulation analyzers and an external computer set.
