Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the delivery of reagents and consumables, along with the rental of multiplex PCR devices for rapid identification of microorganisms and a Gram staining device, to the headquarters of the Ordering Party (Krakow, os. Złotej Jesieni 1) in accordance with the description and requirements contained in the attachment No. 1A and 1B to the Specifications. 2. Additional conditions regarding the subject of the order: a. The expiry date / warranty period of the reagents cannot be shorter than 5 months - regarding items 6 and 8 / 6 months - regarding items 1-5, 7, 9-14 from the date of delivery, b.Costs of underestimating the offer in the scope of all offered reagents, controls, calibration and consumables are borne by the Contractor, c. requirements for device service:  service response time to reporting a failure: 48 h from the date and time. telephone or written (including e-mail) notification by the Ordering Party, - telephone contact with the Ordering Party - The Lessor will provide technical support throughout the duration of the contract,  The Lessor will perform a free inspection of the leased item once a year (three inspections during the term of the contract) (labor, travel, wear parts not specified in the specification); where offered Multiplex PCR analyzers (analyzer 1 and analyzer 2), in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations, do not require periodic technical inspections, the Ordering Party will waive the above requirement - in the event of the need to outsource tests due to a device failure, which ...
