Eligibility of Tenderer : The bidder must possess a valid trade license and tax clearance certificate. The bidder must have at least one (1) year of experience in the relevant field and must operate a well-established spare parts shop. The items are uploaded in lots; however, the evaluation will be carried out on an item-wise basis. The specifications of the items shall correspond to the model of the vehicle. Failure to comply with the above Terms of Reference shall render the bid non-responsive.
