Tenders are invited for Supply of Raw Materials for Shoe-Making - (Leather Adhesives, Lining Leather, Kid Leather, Leather Cg, Leather Cc, Insole Leather, Rubber, Shoes Laces, Canvas Cloths, Cushion Rubber Sheets, Paper Board, Shining Board, Tuber Rivets, Shoe Buckles, Rexine Cloth).
Thereafter, should access the website of this hospital http://www.csth.health.gov.lk/sup/ and should perfect each application for items you intend to register, in English language and obtain printed copies of each application, attach the details requested in No. 01 above and should submit the application after entering the Number of the Form General 172 obtained separately for each application from the Shroff Division of this hospital upon payment of Rs. 1, 000.00 for each item applying for and may register up to 2.00 p.m. on 15.11.2022.
