Tender Details
The purpose of this consultation is to the award of a framework agreement on the supply of railway diesel and B100 biofuels. The nature and importance of supplies are defined in the specifications (CDC) and in the Special Production (CPS). The market awarded at the end of this consultation will take the legal form of a multi-attribute framework agreement. The consultation is broken down into 71 lots corresponding to the 71 service stations: -For railway diesel, 70 lots -For the B100, 1 lot This consultation aims to remember, for each of the 71 lots, a maximum of 8 holders. This framework agreement is in subsequent markets. Without this constituting a commitment from the company, each batch will give rise, after prior competition from the holders of the lot concerned, to the award of subsequent annual markets from February 1, 2025 and until January 31, 2029.
