Description of the service: It includes the acquisition, under the purchase regime, and the installation of 10 watchtowers intended for the rescue and lifeguard service on the beaches of the municipality of Salou, including the transport and assembly of the structures, taking into account the conditions, locations and with the scope defined in the set of technical prescriptions (henceforth, PPT), technical document of a contractual nature that complements this set of particular administrative clauses (henceforth, PCAP). All the elements supplied must be new and, therefore, second-hand material, structures or components will not be accepted, reconditioned or subjected to any other similar regeneration or recovery formula. The contract includes transport and assembly of the surveillance towers for the 2027 summer season, only. Once the summer season is over, the dismantling will be the responsibility of the City Council, as well as the assembly of the towers for the summer season 2028 and beyond.
