Supply (purchase and delivery) of agricultural hand tools: these include pruning shears, spade forks, spade rakes, leaf rakes, handsaw forks, pruning shears, 2-handed pruning shears, rakes, hoes, and other supplies various intended for different municipal services. Single-award framework agreement enforceable by purchase orders and subsequent contracts. Estimated duration: from 07/03/2026 or its notification date if later for 2 years, Renewal : 1 x 2 years within the limit of 4 years. No minimum amount and maximum amount of 800, 000 euros excluding tax for the entire duration of the contract, renewals included. Forecast dates: 07/03/2026 to 07/02/2030. Test bench: In order to assess the technical value of the offers, a test bench will be implemented during the consultation, under the conditions set out in the supporting memorandum of the offer (MJO). Participation in the test bench is compulsory under penalty of irregular declaration of the offer
