SUPPLY OF PROPANE GAS WITH PROVISION OF A NEW BURIED TANK. Concerning the provision of the new tank: The deadline for the installation and putting the tank into working order is set at ONE (1) MONTH from the date of market notification. Concerning gas deliveries: it is planned for a period of 5 years from the date of commissioning of the tank. The tank is filled at the initiative of the supplier based on alerts issued by the remote gauging. Concerning the removal of the tank at the end of the contract: - The recovery and evacuation of the equipment by the holder will take place at the end of the FIVE (5) YEARS period given. - The holder has a maximum period of 15 working days, from end of the 5-year delivery period, to proceed with the definitive removal of the tank and the restoration of the site. The ordinary market is treated at mixed prices (flat rate and unit prices). Market unit prices (propane supply) are adjustable and the fixed prices are firm, not updatable (installation of the tank) and revisable (maintenance and removal of the tank).
