Eligibility of Tenderer : Valid Trade License relevant to the supply of printer consumables, printer cartridges, toners, inks, drums, master rolls, ICT equipment, office automation equipment, or related supplies. Valid Tax Clearance Certificate at the time of bid submission. Bid Securing Declaration (Form 1), duly completed and signed. Completed and signed Bid Submission Form and Price Schedule. Acceptance of the Integrity Pact and all terms and conditions of the bidding document. The bidder shall have the capability to supply genuine, brand-new, and unused printer consumables in accordance with the specifications and delivery schedule specified in the bidding document. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject counterfeit, refilled, remanufactured, or refurbished cartridges, toners, inks, drums, or other consumables.
