Supply of prefab concrete elements, including production, engineering, storage and logistics The contracting authority hereby informs the market that a European public tender will be published in the third week of August 2026 for the supply of prefab filter support beams and filter support planks for the Slow Sand Filtration 2 project. The aim of this preliminary announcement is to alert the market in a timely manner to the upcoming tender and to give parties the opportunity to prepare. The documents that are made visible with this preliminary announcement, including the draft Program of Requirements and the associated concept drawings, are still under development. These documents will be further developed and refined in the coming period. This is done partly on the basis of internal coordination and signals from the market. No rights can be derived from the content of the currently shared concept documents. The final tender documents will be determined and published at the start of the contract tender in August 2026. The order includes the production, quality assurance, temporary storage and delivery of prefab concrete elements that form the constructive basis of twelve new filter beds.
