Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : Manufacturer/ Manufacturer's Authorised Agent having experience of supplying utility bill forms/continuous computer paper.Manufacturer/Tenderer shall have a minimum of 3 years of overall experience in the production/supply of utility bill forms/continuous computer paper.Manufacturer/Tenderer shall have a minimum of 2 years of specific experience in the supply of pre-printed bill forms/continuous computer paper at any public utility like : BPDB, DPDC, DESCO/Mobile company.Completed supply of at least two of pre-printed bill forms/continuous computer paper having value at least Tk 50% of quoted price in a single contract in the last 3 (three) years supported by 2 work orders and end user certificate.The manufacturer must submit the proper documentation with the Tender. The Authorised Agent must submit proper manuafcturer's Authorisation with the Tender.Updated Trade Licence/Certificate of incorporation, TIN, VAT, Income Tax Certificate should be submitted.Updated Bank Solvency Certificate supported by documents. Note 1: Non fulfilment of above requirement shall lead to rejection of Tender. Note 2: The amount of the Tender Security shall be TK 18500/- ( Eighteen thousand and five hundred), Infavour of D.D, RAO, CES, BPDB, CTG. (Refundable).
