05. Bidding documents can be inspected free of charge and further information could be obtained ill tile Supplies ami Services Division of the Prison* Headquarters.
06. Bidders must pay the quality test charges to the Shroff of Prisons Headquarters as stated in the bid document and milSf handover the payment receipt along with the property sealed required number of samples nt the time of the bid submission.
07. Bid Documents and other related documents and samples must be sent under
registered cover to reach the Chairman. Departmental Procurement Committee. Prisons Headquarters, No. 150, Baseline Road. Colombo 09 on or before 10.30 hrs on 22.03.2023 or be deposited in the bidding box provided at the Supplies and Services Branch. Bids will be closed at 10.30 hr* on 22.03.2023 and will be opened immediately after the closing at the Auditorium of the Prisons Headquarters. Bids received after the opening, incomplete, unclear and without samples will be rejected.
