Tender Details

Through this government contract, ILvA is looking for a supplier for plastic waste containers. This concerns delivery with purchase. Delivery takes place at the ILvA transfer station, Industrielaan 18, 9320 Aalst (Erembodegem). Orders are placed within 4 years after the conclusion of the order. ErWe work with partial orders, which means that the execution depends on the service of each of the orders. ILvA reserves the right to adjust orders to its needs. This concerns a framework agreement with one company within the meaning of article 2 35 of the law on public procurement. The maximum value of the framework agreement is 1, 850, 000 euros (excl. VAT). As soon as the ordered value reaches this threshold, the framework agreement ends, even if the above-mentioned period of 4 years has not yet fully expired.
