Tender Details

The purpose of these contracts is to supply plants. The description of the expected services and their specifications are specified in the Specifications of Special Clauses (CCP) and in the Unit Price Schedule (BPU) relating to each lot. These contracts are subject to the Public Order Code. This document is referred to as the Code throughout the consultation documents. Qualified as supply contracts, they are subject to the provisions of the CCAG Current Supplies and Services approved by Order of March 30, 2021. This consultation is broken down into 9 lots, however lots 8 and 9 were previously awarded through a procedure without advertising or competitive bidding in accordance with the provisions of Article 2122-.8 and R2123-1 of the Code and are the subject of separate specifications. Lots 1 to 7, subject of this notice, were awarded according to the open call for tenders procedure, subject to the provisions of articles L.2124-2, R.2124-2 and R.2161-1 to R.2161-5 of the Code. They constitute framework agreements with purchase orders subject to the provisions of articles L.2125-1 and R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 of the Code. The contracts will each be awarded to a single holder. As this is an open procedure, the number Maximum number of participants is not limited. The maximum total value of the contracts is 3, 320, 000 euro(s) excluding tax, taking into account their duration and their possible renewals. There is no minimum amount
