Information for Tenderer/Consultant: Eligibility of Tenderer : A) Reputed Contractors/Supplying firms who have a minimum of 3 years of general experience in supplying similar goods.B) Specific Experience: (i) Having experience in successful completion of at least 01 (one) number of similar nature of work in Bangladesh of Government organization or Public/ Autonomous University during last 3 (Three) years of Tk. 10 lac (ten lac) for Package-HAU/photocopier/24-25/19 in a single work-order.C) Turn over: The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 03 (Three) years Tk50 lac (fifty lac) for Package- HAU/photocopier/24-25/19 . Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.D) Liquid assets: The minimum amount of free funds (Liquid Assets) & or credit facilities net of other contractual commitments of the successful Tenderer shall be Tk. 10 lac (ten lac) forHAU/photocopier/24-25/19 only supported by Bank certificate (original copy only). Bank statement will be counted up to 30 (Thirty) days before the date of the publishing tender.E) Tender capacity: Must have minimum tender capacity of not less than his/her tender price.F) The tenderer must possess:(i) Up-to-date income tax clearance certificate(ii) Valid Vat Registration certificate(iii) Up to date trade license(iv) Bank Solvency Certificate(v) Must have distributorship certificate for photocopier item.(vi) ISO certificate is mandatory(vii)Original maufacturer authorization certificate(viii) End user certificate is a must before payment of the bill.G) JVCA is not allowed
