Bid Submission & Samples: Bidders With Either Ex-Stock Availability Or A Minimum Delivery Lead Time Of 10 Days From Order Acknowledgment Are Preferred. Samples Are Essential For Technical Evaluation And Must Be Submitted Within The Bid Deadline.
