The subject of the order is the supply of pharmaceutical products to the Pharmacy of the Prison in Rzeszów in accordance with the assortment indicated in the price form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. Detailed description of the subject of the order, description of the Ordering Party's requirements the scope of implementation and acceptance is determined by: - description of the subject of the contract included in the SWZ; - draft provisions of the contract - Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. The contractor is obliged to offer only a pharmaceutical product that has a certificate registration or certificate of admission to trading in the Republic of Poland. Pharmaceutical products must meet the conditions for admission to trading and use in the territory of the Republic of Poland specified in the Act of September 6, 2001. Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 750, as amended). Pharmaceutical products must have valid documents authorizing marketing and use in accordance with the provisions of the Act of May 20, 2010. on medical devices (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1565 with changes). The Contractor is fully liable for any possible damage incurred by the Ordering Party in connection with the use of a pharmaceutical product delivered by the Contractor that does not meet the requirements specified in section 5, 6, 7 hereof Chapter. Pharmaceutical products delivered under the Agreement must be brand new, unused, unrefurbished, free from physical and legal defects and bearing no traces of previous use...
