Tender Details

The purpose of the consultation is the supply, printing, shaping, packaging and delivery of personalized calendars and diaries for the Department of Oise. Calendars and diaries are communication supports intended for elected officials, associations (agenda only) and community staff. The diaries, in particular, constitute working tools integrating factual information, such as key figures and departmental aid schemes for intended for municipalities and residents. Agendas and calendars are distributed to staff, elected officials and associations (agenda only) according to a restricted distribution list. This framework agreement does not include design services graphic for the personalized pages of the calendar and for the personalized visual of the calendar in particular. The technical description of the services is specified in article 20 of the AE-CCP.
